Wanting to take a short break from the hustle-bustle of working life, Bank BTN unit CBC Surabaya contacted us to help them arrange the two-day getaway in Yogyakarta. After a few days of discussion in creating the best-fit itinerary with them, we decided the trip will start with Merapi Jeep Tour in the early morning and after that, we will move to D'Kaliurang Resort to do some fun team-building games specially designed to break the ice and improve the teamwork. Later in the night, Gala Dinner at Melia Purosani Hotel (a 5-star hotel in Yogyakarta) will be waiting for them.

After arriving at Tlogo Putri Kaliurang in the early morning from Surabaya, we started the trip right away as the Jeeps have been readily waiting for them. A total of 12 Jeeps were assigned on this trip and we took the medium trip that cover the visit to Bunker Kaliadem, Museum, and the wet track at the river.

Afterward, delicious local breakfast was waiting for them at the Tlogo Putri area. A special selection menu of Gudeg, Sambel Goreng, Ayam Terik, and Tahu Tempe is being prepared by a hand-picked local warung there to fill the stomach of the contestant after the thrilling Jeep adventure. Once everyone is done eating, we moved to the next agenda which is the team-building event at D'Kaliurang Resort. D'Kaliurang resort was selected as they have a wide space for hosting such an event, a good coffee-break selection, and some proper other facilities for the participants.

The event ended at around 1 PM local time and everyone looks happy and exhausted after finishing the games. Then we moved to Kopi Rolas where another delicious local lunch and lots of durians were waiting for them. During the previous discussion, the team from the Bank BTN unit CBC Surabaya ask whether we can provide them with durians for this lunch and we happily obliged as we know a specific durian merchant who has a really good selection of local durian from Kalibawang, Kulonprogo.

Once everyone has finished enjoying the lunch, we then go to Hotel Melia Purosani Yogyakarta for check-in and then prepare for the gala dinner. The team chooses the back-to-school theme as the participants were seen wearing their school uniform and some even do the extra mile and choose to pick the role of teachers and even security guards. The gala dinner event was so fun as everyone had a good time with quizzes and door prizes provided by the BTN's team and also some karaoke moments with the music and a singer provided by us. Overall, this outing runs smoothly from beginning to end and we would love to thank Bank BTN Unit CBC Surabaya for their trust in us and we would love to wish them the very best in their future endeavors.
